Venice Venice Chronicles – Postvenetian Soundscapes
The Erose Records’ debut release captures the hotel’s acoustic signature through pianist Alberto Bof’s improvisational recordings in select spaces—from the Scarpa-inspired water entrance to The Venice Bitter Club.
Bof’s pieces, shaped by architectural resonances, merge with Renato D’Agostin’s black and white photographic studies in a limited-edition vinyl pressing that translates Postvenezianità into an auditory-visual artifact.
Venice M’Art hosted the official launch on the ground floor of The Venice Venice Hotel, with an exclusive performance by Bof and album signing together with D’Agostin.
Alberto Bof – Pianist & Composer
A versatile force in film and contemporary music, the Italian-born artist gained international recognition with the Academy Award, Grammy, BAFTA, and Golden Globe-winning “A Star Is Born,” where he performed on screen and arranged the chart-topping song “Shallow.”
